Gaining Access to ITL Program Resources
For the Spring 2021 Semester, ITLP Access will be available in two forms: "Virtual Access" and an "Online Interactive Tour"
By completing the Virtual Access Request Form (~2 minutes) all CU Boulder engineering students, staff and faculty will obtain access to:
- ITLP cloud-based virtual computers,
- Sign up for and participate in ITLP Skill Building Workshops,
- Check out an extensive list of equipment, tools, and supplies for course work, and
- Purchase many of the services available through the ITLP website.
The Virtual Access Request form does not grant card-swipe access to the ITL Laboratory, use of on-site ITLL computers, or use of any specialized ITLL equipment (e.g. laser cutters, 3D printers, electronics center equipment, etc.).
Online Interactive Tour:
All CU Boulder engineering students, staff and faculty may obtain after-hours building access plus ITL Program computer network and software access by attending an online in-person 30-minute ITL Program orientation tour. The tour is an introduction to the ITL Laboratory, its purpose, capabilities and special features.
We ask you to complete and sign a contract -- your pledge for responsible behavior and care of the facility for safety and security purposes. Within 24 hours of completing an orientation tour, you will be emailed your login name and password for accessing the ITL Program computer network and ITL Program software. Within 48 hours, you will be given after-hours exit door and sub-room (ITLL 150 and 160) access via your BuffOne Card. Sign up below to schedule your ITLL tour:
