For PCB Fabrication Requests, please follow these steps:
Schedule a (virtual) meeting with Lauren Darling to discuss your ideas and designs. If you have a preliminary design, schematic, or prototyped circuit; have that available with you during this meeting. This is also a great opportunity to discuss any questions about pcb machining capabilities. If you are ready to fabricate, skip to Step 2.
This is your final design and manufacturing review before you submit a formal Fabrication Request. Design Reviews typically take around 45 minutes, and you will need to come prepared with completed schematic and printed circuit board artwork (to be shared virtually).
After your design review your files will be ready for manufacturing. Submit the fabrication request with your completed files. Our staff will generate a quote for your job. Please complete payment via Paypal once you receive the quote.
Once the request has been submitted and paid, you will work (remotely) with our staff to manufacture your PCB. Your remote involvement in the manufacturing process includes remote control of the PCB fabrication software and live video instruction in setting up the PCB Mill. You will receive a link to schedule your appointment(s) (e.g. drilling, milling, finishing). Once the final product is completed, you will receive a link to schedule contactless pickup of your PCB or PCBA.
