  School Group Tours
The Integrated Teaching and Learning Laboratory
is available for school group visits!!

Advanced reservations are required. Contact Janet Yowell at 303-492-5230 or janet.yowell@colorado.edu.


  • All grades and ages of learners are invited and encouraged to visit.
  • There is no cost to tour the facility, either on a guided or self-guided basis.
  • A self-guided tour brochure is available in the ITL Laboratory lobby for use Monday - Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM.
  • Group size is generally limited to a maximum of 15. Groups of more than 15 are asked to break into two or more groups.
  • Adult supervision (one adult for every five students) is required as the facility is an open, active learning center with university classes in session Monday through Friday during the academic year.
  • No food or drink is allowed, although groups are free to use the outdoor plaza for lunches or snacks.
  • Preview what students can expect to see and learn during their visit by clicking on "Exhibits & Art" and "Self-Guided Tour" on this website.
  • Pre- and post-visit activities using information on this website can greatly enhance the value of site visits.
